Poly Damp – This product provides a warranty on the foundation for 1 year from the closing date on the new home. The product has a 5% polymer base and is applied at 20 mils.

2 Year Poly Damp – This product provides a warranty on the foundation for 2 years from the closing date. The product has a 5% polymer base and is applied at 30-35 mils.

10 Year Waterproofing – This product is a manufacturers warranty for 10 years from the date of application. The base product is a 10% polymer base and is applied at 40 mils.

Lifetime Waterproofing – This product is manufacturers warranty for the lifetime of the foundation. The base product is a 10% polymer base and is applied at 40 mils in conjunction with ECODRAIN-E.

ECODRAIN-E -

. HDPE core provides: resistance to chemicals and temperature, waterproofing
   barrier, and durability.
. Heat/bonded geo-textile will not delaminate from core in warm temperatures.
. Flexibility for easy detailing of corners without cracking and to handle movement
. Variable widths provide minimal overlapping seams and cost effective installation
. Economically priced – provides a cost effective drainage composite for a total
waterproofing system.
